Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

GemDrop itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All gameplay data — high score, mute preference, and ad-removal status — is stored only on your device using Android's local storage. It never leaves your phone.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

GemDrop uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalised ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalised ads at any time in your Android settings:
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase permanently disables all advertising in GemDrop.

3. In-App Purchases

The "Remove Ads Forever" purchase is processed entirely by the Google Play Store. TechVyapy Games never sees or stores your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Google Play and subject to Google's Terms of Service.

4. Children's Privacy

GemDrop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided information, please contact us and we will act promptly to remove it.

5. Third-Party SDKs

• Google AdMob — advertising (see Section 2)
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases
• React Native / Expo SDK — open-source framework (MIT/Apache 2.0)

These third parties have their own privacy policies independent of ours.

6. Data Retention

All locally stored data (score, preferences) is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app. We have no server-side copy of any of your data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
