By downloading or playing GemDrop you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Licence

TechVyapy Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play GemDrop for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on GemDrop without our written permission.

3. Age Requirement

GemDrop is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. In-App Purchases

GemDrop offers a one-time "Remove Ads Forever" purchase processed by Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy. Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored on any device using the same account via "Restore Purchases".

5. Advertisements

GemDrop displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app you consent to the display of ads and agree to Google's advertising policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorised third-party software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GemDrop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TechVyapy Games does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechVyapy Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GemDrop.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GemDrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your local jurisdiction.
